in paris last year - a simply done roasted chicken in slightly creamy white wine sauce with the BEST potatoes EVER and haricort verts...YUM!!

cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day - from fabulous and creative, to simple and basic, to good 'ole comfort food/classics!
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
apps: slow roasted onions, garlic, ham & time atop some nice soft cheese like goat, in a puff pastry cup; main & sides: slow roasted filet of beef or mustard roasted sole with capers, potatoes, balsamic vinegar roasted brussel sprouts. sounds plain, but...YUM!!
My favorite comfort food:
braised short ribs or good ole chuck roast, collard greens, potatoes done any way, or pureed sweet potatoes with lots of butter and brown sugar!
