Most memorable recent meals were the juniper-marinated loin of Utah lamb at Cafe Diablo in Torrey, Utah and the stuffed pork loin in an almond-based mole at the Red Iguana in SLC.
My current drink of choice:
Currently favorite table red is Seghesio Sonoma Zin; white is Frei Brothers Reserve Sauvignon Blanc; for weekends, Roederer Estate (Cali sparkler) and - for an occasional nightcap - Aberlour 15 Yr Old Scotch or a pony of B and B.
