Best meal I ever ate:

Most memorable recent meals were the juniper-marinated loin of Utah lamb at Cafe Diablo in Torrey, Utah and the duck and foie gras ravioli at Scarpetta in NYC

My current drink of choice:

Currently favorite table red is Seghesio Sonoma Zin; white is Frei Brothers Reserve Sauvignon Blanc; for weekends, Roederer Estate (Cali sparkler) and - for an occasional nightcap - Aberlour 15 Yr Old Scotch or a pony of B and B.

I really wish I could:

live on both coasts at the same time

Braised duck legs with orange zest and almonds
