I don't even remember what precisely I ate -- as I also shared with my fiancee -- but La Grenouille in NYC. Amazing. Also, basically anywhere in Rome.

Currently, any good, refreshing pinot grigio. Usually, any scotch that's old enough to order its own scotch.

Take cooking lessons, refine my technique. Or, you know, learn some.
