Had many memorable meals over the years but lately my best meal was at Locals in Courtenay. Pork slow cooked in a beer broth served on top of a pork loin slice, fried bread (can you believe!) the pulled pork, potatoes and the most amazing reduction. Finished with Chai Creme Brulee
