is been hard to watch, you want the local boy to do well I hope he did turned things around. Muse is a great place. Competition cooking is hard, not all good chefs do well on that environment.

I saw them today with my own eyes at Uimarket at 50th ave S.E. they have pasilla the real dry chilaca , also pasilla-ancho, chile moreno and guajillos.

Tilted Grill has a good menu you will like it there.
