Small plates tour of Charleston, SC - suggestions?

I would love to have any suggestions on small plates to try on our small plates / tapas crawl of Charleston. What are the must try tastes of the city? Thanks!

Charleston - cook-at-home crab cakes

Who's got the best crab cakes in Charleston? Looking to pick some up at a market and cook at home. Staying at Folly Beach so that vicinity would be ideal. Thanks!

Asheville--Lingering Questions for June trip

The ramen was underwhelming at Gan Shan. You have to try the Bombay Chili Cheese fries at Chai Pani!

Charleston, SC area - types of fish at market in June

Hey guys, staying in Folly Beach in June and already thinking ahead to our menus. What kind of fish will I find fresh at the seafood markets, and any suggestions for where to buy near Folly Beach? Thanks for any input.

VERY small induction skillet?

Thanks for the excellent and responses. I'm not sure that the De Buyer or the the blini pans would be deep enough for what I'm wanting to do.

VERY small induction skillet?

Hey guys, after some looking in store and online, I have yet to find an induction-ready skillet that is very small (like the size of an egg fry pan) - about 5-inches or smaller. Any recommendations? I'm trying to recreate a little individually-sized Spanish tortilla I had at Curate in Asheville, NC.

family-friendly good eats near Queen's Quay

King Street doesn't appear to be far from the Westin. Any good places to eat in Kensington Market? There seems to be quite an eclectic variety of restaurants in terms of cuisine.

family-friendly good eats near Queen's Quay

Hey chowhounds, your recommendations would be greatly appreciated. My wife and 10-month old girl are visiting Toronto and staying at the Westin Harbor Castle on Queen's Quay. We're looking for some good food near by. Nothing fancy as we'll have the baby, but looking for some quality food. We're always looking for an adventure with different ethnic options as well. Also, any good European style bakeries? Thanks!
