I am thinking to have a duck dinner with foie gras and duck confit during my stay in Paris! I found Au Petit Sud Ouset which is specialized in Duck and I reserved a table there. However, there are just a few comments about Au Petit Sud Ouset in Chowhound and the comments are not really that positive… I’m wondering if it is really a good choice? Or should I go Robert et Louise instead? Though the famous dish of Robert et Louise is Beef, but seems that they also do a good job on duck confit? So that I could order the foie gras and duck confit and also taste my hubby’s escargots and entrecote (I presume he will order =P)
Or should I stick at Au Petit Sud Ouset who focuses on Duck?
Hi there, i'm also going to Paris first time with my hubby for a week! We are going to have lunch in Guy Savoy and I plan to skip a normal dinner on that night and go to Lafayette Gourmet to have some snacks/ light dinner! Heard that their food court is good! I will only schedule 1 serious meal each day as I think it will spend too much time and the time for lunch and dinner will get too close...
It'll be my hubby and my first time visit to Brussels. I'm looking for a chic and modern restaurant with some innovative or creative presented dishes for our dinner last night in Brussels.
Some foodies here suggested Bon-Bon, the restaurant does look good, but it's over our budget... =( My budget is around €50-60 each, excluding beverages. I also found Flaneries Gourmandes, but I'm hesitate as there is few comments about this and I'm not sure the price of their fixed price menu.
So, could anyone provide some recommendation please?~
