That's why I specified FRESH sushi in the SEAFOOD DEPARTMENT, lol. Sushi restaurants are expensive & you can't hold it in your hands & look at it before you buy it... plus I was rarely ever with anyone else who liked sushi when I wanted it. At Publix, like I said they made it fresh every morning & if you got there early enough in the day when they were still there they would make something custom for you, & it was a really big selection, anywhere from 9-12 pieces in a package for $7-9. Thanks for the info, do you know if they make it there in the store or if it's crappy generic Calfornia rolls that get shipped to them??

New to El Paso (obviously) & wondering if any supermarkets (preferably on the west side) carry fresh sushi in their seafood department? I'm from Florida & I used to get it at Publix & take it home, they made it fresh every day & it was convenient, but from what I can tell there are no Publixes here.
