We're doing a Friday night "Vatican Museums Under the Stars" tour from 7 PM until 10 PM and are looking for a good reasonably priced place to dine nearby afterwards between 10:30 and 11 PM. Any suggestions?

We're considering an evening meal at Ristochicco Borgo Pio 186, Dal Toscano Via Germani 58 or Bistrot 23 Via Santamaura 23. Does anyone know enough about these three to offer a recommendation?

We're staying South of the Vatican on Via di Monte del Gallo.

We're a party of 4 adults that will be staying in a rental apartment near S. Pietro in May of 2012. What restaurants are recommended within comfortable walking distance of the Vatican? We're looking for something authentic and affordable but non-touristy.
