Madrid recommendations for breakfast/lunch & late night?

My wife and I are headed to Spain (Galicia/Rias Baixas, Rioja, and Madrid) next week. Most of the meals will already be set up for us as we are travelling with my work. I work for a winery and my wife works for a culinary magazine, not too mention we live/eat in NYC. That being said, we're looking for a local gem where Madrilenos eat/drink. I speak Spanish so non-tourist/neighborhood joint is fine. We have one free day (Saturday) to eat/drink in Madrid. We're staying near Puerto de Sol. Any recommendations for small, out-of-the-way, local spots for breakfast, lunch, and/or late night?

Alta/Snowbird, UT dinner locations for group of 12

Headed to ski next week at Alta/Snowbird. Going with a group of 12. We cook a couple nights at the rental house every year we go skiing; however, we also have 1 or 2 dinners out. We're looking for good food that is reasonably priced. We usually spend $50-$75 head for one of the meals out. Never been to Alta/Snowbird area so are open to suggestions.
