Let's be honest: the GTM at Moto was amazing. But mish-mash picnics of cheese and baguette and roasted vegetables and leftover ratatouille and Cool Ranch Doritos in a car at Mt. Rainier can be pretty great too.

everyone always makes me bake dessert, but I love making Nancy Silverton's Egg Pappardelle with Bagna Cauda, Wilted Radicchio, and a Fried Egg (if the dinner party is small-ish)
