I'm making chocolate cupcakes with a raspberry jam filling for my brother and his friends. I'm having trouble deciding how to fill the cupcakes with the jam. Should i bake the cupcakes WITH the jam, fill the cooled cupcakes with jam using a pastry bag, or cut a cone out of the cupcake and fill it with jam? If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated! |

What is your favorite homemade "healthy" snackl or baked good? I make baked chipotle sweet potato fries. It takes care of any starchy cravings I may have. I preheat my oven to 400 degrees F. I peel a medium sized sweet potato and julienne it. Then I spray a foil lined cookie sheet with Pam olive oil spray. I then put all my sweet potato fries in a medium bowl, spray with the olive oil spray, sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, chipotle, and cayenne pepper, then toss. Then transfer them the cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes (but it will depend on the texture you prefer). I love these for a snack, and they're surprisingly healthy! |

i bake them at about 350 degrees F until golden brown (just watch them, each batch ive made has had a slight time variation, depending on the ingredients used). grease a foil lined cookie pan (i use crisco olive oil spray). once one side looks slightly golden, flip them and bake until the other side is also slightly golden. just a warning, they do tend to have a more delicate consistency than the fried falafel, but they still taste delicious, and are so much healthier. |

Cooking from around the world. I love making Middle Eastern foods, using regional variations. I love making baked falafel and hummus. |

try making rajma masala. its super hearty and nutritious. also, if you dont feel like making it yourself, it is sold in ready to eat foil pouches. normally i make everything homemade, but sometimes i'm too busy and need something quick to take to work. |

A decent burger on Cleveland West Side... Swenson's on Broadview in the Independence/Seven Hills area has great burgers, fries, milkshakes, and the like. Try the Gally Boy, which has a great "secret sauce". |
