Has anyone ever held their reception at the Bronx Zoo or the NY Botanical Gardens?
I did a walk through of the zoo and really liked it but when we saw the menu we were concerned about the food being a bit too basic and typical. The cost was great though.

I haven't seen the Botanical Gardens yet but I know Abigail Kirsch caters there and I've only read good things about her food. Any ideas on the cost at the Gardens?

Hi all,
I am trying to find a venue in Westchester County for about 80 people. We are getting married in Riverdale so about an hour is all I can ask my guests to drive. I am really not very interested in the typical wedding hall venues but would love something different. I am open to restaurants or historical places and like the idea of an all-inclusive venue so I don't have to deal with multiple vendors.

A nice view of the Hudson or some greenery would be great. I can go up to about $170 per person or so. We really want good food as well.

I have looked at Harvest on Hudson but their receptions are only from 12-4:30. Any ideas? I really appreciate your help!
