Last night, we went to the Post Mall to finish up our chaotic back-to-school shopping, tucked away across from Target and borders, we came across a new restaurant, to my surprise their food was very good. They had a bit of everything, Thai, Chinese, and Japanese. We had the Happy New York roll which was to die for. Their signiture tempura rolls looked and tasted amazing. sashimi was fresh and they even had bubble tea, which if you've never tried it, I suggest you try it. I suggest the pina colada. My husband had the Seafood Madness Thai dish, it was a little too spicy for me but it was so fragrant and delicious, my husband practically licked the plate! My oldest son had the Hibachi Filet Mignon which he really enjoyed. They also had a kids menu for my daughters. Unfortunetly for us, we live all the way in Greenwich so I asked the manager if they had other restaurants open in CT. Turns out, this is a family owned restaurant the owner is Chinese, and his wife is Thai. Not a chain. Apparently they aren't doing too well because of the location they are in (tucked away in the corner), and because the food court is overloaded with asian food everywhere you look (which is pretty ridiculous of Westfield to allow that) With the rent Westfield charges, you'd think they'd at least have some decency to consider the the competition amongst these restaurants. I'm posting this to tell you guys to go in there and check it out for yourself next time you're in the area, you won't be disappointed! They also have a huge room just for private parties.
