Canned Truffles

Do kosher canned truffles exist anymore.
I remember them being available a while back.
They were pretty good (not great). Am looking for them everywhere.

lamb tongue

Halal is not kosher certified. Different rules governing the slaughter, processing, etc.... (this is without going into the whole different religion aspect.)

Chances are you cant find it glatt kosher unless you are ordering it wholesale. (it is available wholesale, sometimes, rarely.) Have never seen it sold retail.
You can get veal tongue though....

yeast...

SAF Red Label for Breads and SAF Gold Label for products with higher amounts of sugar.
It's widely available at restaurant supply stores and online.
It's the yeast most bakeries use and it is kosher certified.

Its also really cheap. Compared to those packets you buy at grocery stores.

Kosher Balsamic Vinegar?

Bartenura Balsamic is disgusting.
Will ruin a dish.
Passable when reduced and has a fair amount of sugar added.

kosher truffle oil

The Delasandro is paint thinner.
ASARO White Truffle Oil is 100% Certified by the OU. Confirmed.
It is sold at Zabars and ALL FAIRWAY STORES!

It is far superior to most others. It is made with true truffle essence, not the poison they put in the Delasandro bottles.

Kosher Bacon!

After having dinner at Mikes Bistro Last night, I had to find out were they got there bacon from. The chef there, told me they sell it out of the restaurant for 25$ a a lb. they wont slice it though.

Does anyone know another source for this goodness, preferably sliced?
