America's Taco Shop - Phoenix
Visited this place today with co workers for the first time. Ordered the XL burrito and must say for the price was very dissapointed with the size. We had one heck of a wait for our food, service was decent at best, and the whole process seemed out of wack. I know people love this place but I was mildly impressed. It is one of the few places that have true char grilled asada, but come on 12 dollars for a burro, chips, and a canned soft drink. This proves how much of a carne asada waste land AZ really is.
Looking for good homestyle Mexican Breakfast Phoenix, East Valley
I have been here for 5 years now and still not have found a good place for a good mexican breakfast. This would be somewhere with good rice, beans, and huevos rancheros. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place but it does not seem to exist. I like places like Si Senor, and Rositas in Phoenix for dinner, but long for good quailty mexican breakfast.
Favorite White Pizza? (PHX)
White pie with ricotta, basil, olive oil, garlic, mozz, and thin sliced tomatoes at Mamma Mia 7th Street and Indian School. Make sure you have Anthony make as he does them the best.

Took so coworkers to Rincon today.
Had the buffet for 7.95 and thought the food was great. Meal came with soup and a juice drink. Food was very fresh and there was quite a good selection. My only complaint was they charged us 15% on a group of five and did not mention that up front. Oh well the value was there even with the extra 15%.

Stellar Pizza, Not so Stellar Service
Here visiting family in the Seatte and ate here this evening. Good Pizza, bad wings, Good Beer. Service was terrible waited 45 minutes for wings and salad to be served. Waitress was shocked when I asked about why it was taking so long. My sister swears by this place.

Glad to hear the trip was good. Dat and his father the owner sold their Pho place in Vietnam 4 years ago and moved here, so the place has authentic eats.

I am wondering why this place is not getting any love on this board? Is it that many people have not been there? The prices are excelennt the food is too die for. My wife who does not like viet food even likes the rice dishes there. I am a big fan of the super bowl of rare steak and brisket at 6.95 it is the size of a bucket. I have been in there at least once a week for the last two years and never had a bad meal. They have good bun and many other dishes. I grew up eating Pho in Little Saigon and this place beats anything I have had there. Dobson and Broadway in Mesa.
Best Carne Asada Burrito in Arizona?
All of the Bertos and Betos can be hit and miss. I too long for the days of California Style carne asada burritos from Ramonas, Dianas, and Panchos. Never the less Salsitas or La Salsa I forget what it is called on the corner of Main and Country Club in Mesa is excellent. I order the carne asada burrito with rice, beans, cheese, and the deep fried onions and chiles they have. Price is great andit is right around the corner from my office. Carolinas is good but I need to oder two as they are small.
Looking for Good Argentinian Food LA/OC
I am comming back to the LA area this weekend from Phoenix and need a fix. Our favorite place when we lived in LA was Mar De Plata in Covina. It closed about 2 and a half years ago and we were never able to find a good replacement. Phoenix is a virtual South America wasteland and mostly has Brazilian food. Please someone outh there recomend somewhere good for empanadas and bife de chroizo. I am dying for something good.
