Fresh Tonnarelli in Boston Area

So I went to Monica's yesterday. Got the Italian sub. Awesome. They use the real Italian Leoncini mortadella. Makes a big difference. May be the best Italian sub I have ever had.

Fresh Tonnarelli in Boston Area

Fresh bucatini would be great. Would probably use it for Amantraciana instead though. Have never had a sub from Monica's. Frequently go to Artu for chicken parm though. They often fry the chicken to order. Fantastic.

Fresh Tonnarelli in Boston Area

Does anyone know where to buy fresh tonnarelli in the Boston area? We loved eating authentic cacio e pepe and carbonara in Rome this summer and the think pasta really does make a difference. We know we can make it ourselves with a a chittara but we'd love to just have an easy source.

Serious Ramen in Boston?

Thanks for the tips. I am frequently in Porter Square so I'll check out Sapporo. I also travel to NYC quite a bit so the info about the places there is helpful, too.

Serious Ramen in Boston?

I just got the first issue of David Chang's Lucky Peach. The whole thing is devoted to ramen and I have been craving the stuff for a week now. Does anyone know where you can get the good stuff here in Boston? The only noodle shop I know of is the one on Gloucester Street of Newbury and that place is so so at best.
