I will eat the rind almost always. i really prefer it at room temp. the one time i enjoyed it from the oven it had a homemade jalapeno raspberry preserve served with it and it was pretty amazing. triscuits are my cracker of choice, but i'm sure i'm in the minority there. Enjoy! |
