Agree heartily. Carts are rolling only on Sunday, I believe, although you can order individual items throughout the week.

Can't speak for the rest of FL, but in the Tampa area if you're looking for authentic Mexican, avoid places gringos usually eat and instead look where those from Mexico are eating. And that means inside Mexican grocery stores more often that not there will be a taqueria, as well as small hole in the wall taquerias found in strip plazas.

Has anyone ever seen soup dumplings in Tampa?

Not the steam/steamed dumplings which are fairly common, but the soup dumplings that seem to be popular in the northeast and west coast.
