Best Pizza in San Francisco?

My husband and I are staying in San Francisco (Union Square) and would like recommendations for pizza. In my opinion, the crust is the most important part of the pizza. Please keep in mind that we do not like REALLY thin crust pizza. It's also a plus if the restaurant has a decent list of draft and bottled craft beer.

As a point of reference, our favorite pizza spots in Dallas, TX are: Il Cane Rosso, Fireside Pies & Mellow Mushroom.

We are currently considering:
- Gialina
- PizzaHacker
- Giovanni's Pizza At Club Deluxe
- Little Star Pizza

-----
Gialina
2842 Diamond St, San Francisco, CA 94131

Little Star Pizza
846 Divisadero St, San Francisco, CA 94117

Il Cane Rosso
1 Ferry Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94105

Giovanni's Pizza
862 N 13th St, San Jose, CA 95112

30 Year Old Husband & Wife in San Fran for 3 Days / 4 Nights

My husband and I will be spending 3 days and 4 nights in San Francisco at the end of July after a 5 day backpacking trip in Yosemite. Needless to say, we will be both thirsty and hungry!!! We'd prefer not to hit the "touristy" spots, and I'm hoping for some great local advice. We are probably going to stay near the Union Square area, but nothing has been booked. We don't mind walking a lot, as you can tell from the Yosemite backpacking portion of our trip. Also, we will probably have a car and can drive a bit if the recommendation is worth it.

(1) BREAKFAST
- We need 3 great breakfast / brunch spots... We love breakfast (pancakes, egg casseroles, benedicts, potatoes, cinnamon rolls, etc..). My husband won't be upset if there are mimosas either!

(2) LUNCH
- I would like 3 lunch spots that also offer GREAT beer... My husband brews his own beer and we are sort of beer snobs. We're open to gastro pubs, but I wouldn't exactly call us foodies. It would be fine if they had fresh, light fare along with the superb beer. I'd probably like a salad, light sandwich or shared appetizer for lunch.

(3) DINNER
- Finally, dinner (and dessert). We have 4 nights and I'd like to get a good variety of food. Again, a gastro pub would be great. I'd love to try something in China town, but am not really an adventurous eater... So, nothing too crazy here. Other welcome recommendations would be Italian, Indian, Thai, Pizza and Seafood. Lastly, I have a MAJOR sweet tooth. I have been to Ghiradelli before, and would like to try something new.

Thanks in advance for the advice!
