Japanese in St.Pete- Tampa area Hopefully not to late but Kinjo's near Tyrone is good in St. Pete and I've always like Matoi's on Dale Mabry in Tampa. |

I think the best one I've had is the Pho at Alesia Restaurant in St. Pete. New place just opened about a month ago www.alesiarestaurant.com. Second one I like probably Taste of Saigon in Pinellas Park. |

Just Tried Astra's and was pretty good. Thanks for the tip guys. I think Little T. hit the nail on the head regarding the cheese. The first slice I thought it was just an ordinary slice but the second slice you can tell they werent skimping on the cheese which gave it a nice bite. I've frequent Gianni's and do enjoy their pizza; although it was starting to become an expensive habit. |

I just moved into town about two months ago and just found about chowhound recently so bare with me. I have been trying alot of okay pizza. Anyone recommend a solid "New York" Style pizza? Thanks in advance. |

2011 Favorite Places to Eat - Tampa / St. Pete Toasted Pheasant - Small Plates nicely executed Ceviches - Love their scallops in Manchego Cream Sauce Fleming's- I know its a chain but Can't Go Wrong, consistent and solid everytime I've been. Pane Rustica - Great bread and overall lunch experience. I could eat there all the time. Alesia Restaurant - Tried this New Restaurant in St. Pete. that finally opened. It really suprized me on solid fresh food and on price. Vietnamese - French concept. Great Pho and Banh Mi Sandwiches |
