Best meal I ever ate:

As favorably and fondly as I recall several homecooked meals (specifically my first Thanksgiving independent of the family), I seem to be blown away by the fare of a select few restaurants more than anything I could ever make myself. The most recent belongs to Bonsoiree in Chicago on their 'menuless' Sunday. As opposed to the previous best of braised rabbit at Olympe in Rio de Janeiro, all seven courses served at Bonsoiree were truly remarkable

My current drink of choice:

Craft beer, specifically anything on cask

I really wish I could:

Eat fully planned 3-4 course meals on an everyday basis

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

Anything typically found at a traditional thanksgiving feast or banana bread, people generally seem impressed by it and I really can't figure out why

My favorite comfort food:

Toasted sandwiches involving avocado and/or BBQ sauce

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

Kismat (Bengali fare - Washington Heights-NYC), Puca Puca (Peruvian - Montreal), Sifones y Dragones (Contemporary Argentinian - Buenos Aires), Lula Cafe (Contemporary American - Chicago), Blind Tiger Ale House (Greenwich Village)
