I might be in the minority here...I can't stand really spicy foods.

Yep, I also try to avoid most stuff that has dye in it...especially cakes that have that horrible neon-colored frosting. The chemical, plasticy taste of dye is really nasty. I actually don't eat red velvet cake because of it.

Count me in with the cilantro haters! Can taste it even if there's only a speck of it in something.

Chicken salad on croissants seem to go fast at parties/get-togethers, but you might be looking for something more robust. Maybe a baked potato bar...have baked potatoes and a choice of toppings so everyone can pick what they like?

And just like recipes...different people like varying ingredients, including some liking more and some liking less ;)

Are you eating regular ground turkey or organic? I've noticed since switching to consuming organic/local meats that I feel healthier and have more energy. Might help?

Actually, full fat food makes you feel satiated/fuller longer. Just have to practice portion control...which can be hard for me sometimes, lol. Also, fat free things usually have more sugar to compensate for the fat being gone, makes food taste better. For instance, there is more sugar in fat free salad dressings than in a soda! Totally with you 100% on the low sugar (still working on this), no artificial sweetners-especially aspartame...hello poison!, and walking. Good points!

Has anyone tried Oskri's milk chocolate coconut bar? Sooo good. They're organic and made without the nasty high fructose corn syrup like Almond Joy. Oskri makes lots of good treats. Tons of great Oskri stuff on Amazon.
