Vegan Lasagna

My 2 biggest staples in the kitchen are GARBANZO BEAN FLOUR and NUTRITIONAL YEAST. the Bean Flour cooks up in less than 5 minutes to form a protein-packed base- the more liquid you add the more Sauce-like it is, the less- the more Hummus-like. The nutritional yeast gives yellow color, cheese flavor, and loads of valuable nutrients. Season any way you like.

I use this sauce layered between my lasagna sheets and tomato sauce with loads of black beans, mushrooms, and any other veggies I have in the house.

It works perfectly to imitate cheese and I have the sworn affadavits of Certified Meat-Eaters to attest to its deliciousness. They are my standard to signal real culinary achievement.

I use this same sauce base for mac and cheese, nachos, dips, stuffed shells, pot pie, gravy--- it is just the most versatile ingredient.

I wish more people knew about its magical wonders.
