We're driving from Philly to KC, on the PA Turnpike and I-70. There must be some unmissable gems within a few miles of the highway; what are your favorites?

As a lifelong Kansas Citian, I've actually tried every single one of these places. Foo's is definitely the best in KC. Sheridan's and Twisters are chain places, not that spectacular. And Ted Drewes in St. Louis beats all the KC places.
