Mamachef - No, not too late, but I get panic attacks from anything that alters my state of mind, which unfotunately includes narcotics, sleeping aids... even xanax. :( But it sounds like I'll survive with the ibuprofen just fine! Thanks!

I have 4 widsom teeth being extracted tomorrow. Only 1 impacted. No IV or laughing gas, just shots... I get panic attacks and they are concerned that these will induce one once I get to the point of feeling like I am no longer in control of my body or the situation. With that being said, I cannot take narcotics afterwards during the healing process. 800mg ibuprofen is about it. Has anyone else gone through it with minimal pain reliever? Any advice or suggestions? I am getting extremely nervous about the whole process :(
