Don't forget to hit up Montauk Seafood Grill in Lionshead, and Chap's Steakhouse in the Cascade Lodge. I lived in Vail for 7 years, those were my faves besides the ones you already mentioned. I was ass't pastry chef at the Cascade for 2 years. My buddy Randy is the exec chef at the Lodge @ Vail, they do a good job. For a good breakfast, head to Westside Cafe in West Vail. Finally, in Eagle-Vail is Ti Amo...our favorite authentic italian place. Try the Gnocci.
