Profile
Best meal I ever ate:
On a trip to visit my parents, my mother made an array of my favorite childhood dishes for dinner.
My current drink of choice:
Bourbon and the resulting mixtures with it.
I really wish I could:
Have Anthony Bourdains job sans the cameras.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Don't really have one.
My favorite comfort food:
My mom's udon. Oreos and milk. Breakfast burritos with real green chili. Kimchee, rice and tuna mixed together with soy sauce. Misubi.
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Chez Panisse, Le Chataubriand, Le Comptoir, Tomasitas, WD-50
My most tattered cookbooks:
My recipe notebooks from school and old restaurant jobs.
