Best meal I ever ate:
Sushi at Edoko Zushi in Narita City, Japan and venison from 1865 in Georgetown.
My current drink of choice:
New Zealand wines. Jopen beer from AMS is also quite nice.
I really wish I could:
Be a much better cook than what I am, and learn how to use a food scale.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Asian marinated chicken thighs.
My favorite comfort food:
Ramen, for sure.
