Vinegar and Spice Oven-Baked Ribs

Not sure marinade mix needs to be put on bone side of rib racks. Probably more absorption occurs on the meaty side. Some of the lemon juice could also be added to marinade. I'd grate the garlic on a microplane rather than dice it. It brings more of its liquid and flavor into the mix. Plus, I'd slower cook at around 250f for 3-4 hours. However, I'm sure the recipe as is would make a delicious meal.

once you get your deep fryer you'll understand why the Russets are so large. They make the best shoestrings and regular French fries. So please don't talk the stores out of stocking them!!!1
