Rare roast beef when I was about 7. Introduced me to the wonders of blue cooked beef! Tastiest thing ever, Ive never looked back! Failing that, anything my chinese ex MIL would cook, it was all out of this world!

I do the most amazing chilli & all the extra's in the world EVER! Its truly THE BEST!!! Even people who dont like chilli, adore mine!!!

Either Chinese or my Tudor roast lamb with all the trimmings.

My own kitchen (of course), La Luna (still the best taste & value in SE London), La Rueda (best paella I've had 11 years ago), The Living Room, Cafe Sol Dos (The best guac, onion rings, deep fried cheese quesedilla with sour cream, guac & salsa EVER )
