Can't pinpoint one but I'm really happy when I make an exceptional meal

Usually wine of some kind or organic microbrew of somekind and for cocktails I like mojitos or Chartreuse on the rocks
I really wish I could:
Travel to NYC, France, Italy, Central and South America. Guess why?

macaroni and cheese or gelato...Mexican...fine chocolates with decadent fillings.

Grass Root, Pia's Trattoria(Gulfport), Chipotle, any good Thai place, Fly bar, Pane Rustica, Evo's
My most tattered cookbooks:
How to Bake, the South the Beautiful Cookbook, Betty Crocker, Ciao Italia, A Piece of Cake...I get most of my recipes on line now(Cooks Illustrated is great!). Love my "... the Beautiful" cookbooks but they don't get much use. Would love to utilize "Thailand..." to create a feast.
