Looking for Fish Tacos in the East Bay

I would to find a place that serves decent wine and fish tacos. I like the grilled fish, not the breaded fried fish.
Thanks.

Puerto Rican Pasteles in the Bronx?

I am looking for a restaurant that serves Puerto Rican style Pasteles, which is a holiday pork dish made with bannanas and yautía and wrapped in bannana leaves and paper. I live in California and I leave on Monday. I am staying in the Bronx but will gladly travel if anyone knows of a good restaurant. I am craving that food!

Puerto Rican Pastelas

Creme de Violette locally

I am lloking for a local source for R&W Creme de Violette. Easiest is Oakland but this weekend I will be going from San Leandro over to Half Moon Bay so anywhere along that route would be fine. It seems like the Peninsula has many specialty shops.

Luxardo Maraschino Cherries

Anyone know where I can find those in the East Bay-perferably in Oakland/ San Leandro area? I saw an article in the SF Examiner that recommended them and I want to try them out.

DINNER in Oakland or Berkeley

I have a childhood friend who is visiting the Bay Area in two weeks. I would like to take him out to dinner somewhere in the Oakland/Berekely (maybe Alameda) area and I do not want a chain. Someplace by the water would be good but not necessay. I would also like a place that is not too noisy so we can catch up. I would like a full bar so we could have some drinks. it shouldn't be terriby pricey but I don't want to sacrifice good food for low cost either.
Essentially I want to show off the Bay Area by going to a nice restaurant with both good food and atmosphere. HELP! Any suggestions? We enjoy all types of cuisine.
