Pizza tastes better when eaten with a fork & knife vs. hand held?

I use a fork if the cheese is still molten, then switch to my hand when it sets. I then eat to the crust and butter it and eat it like bread.

Tips on marinating/tenderizing London Broil

A rue? fat + flour, the fat can be butter, oil, lard, etc... Maximum thickening the shorter/lighter it's cooked the thicker it will be. Just add the above to it after it's cooked.
