too hard to pick...a few things come to mind though - the cheeseburger at Rutherford Grill in the Napa Valley, my entire meal at Gary Danko in San Francisco, bison "osso bucco" prepared by John Fleer at the Charleston F&W festival, a BBQ Chicken Potato at Big Bob Gibson's in Decatur, AL, I could go on...
