Need help for really good meatballs.

All I can say is make sure your meatballs don't have to many breadcrumbs/fillers. It gets to taste like plastic.... Maybe it's just me. I've been spoiled on good meatballs from my dad. Oh, and if you do need filler rice is good :)

Do you have a recipe that works so well that you have no interest in trying another?

How do you cook your meatballs?

We always cooks our meatballs in the oven. We put the sauce in a slow cooker and let it simmer for an hour or more. The longer you simmer it, the more flavorful it is. After the meatballs get out of the oven, we let them cool for just a few minutes and then dunk them into the slow cooker and sauce. We then we let it sit in the sauce with the slow cooker on for 30 minutes or longer. It gets the flavor of being cooked with the sauce and is nice and brown. It is healthier than frying, definatly.

I also have a tip. Put a low amount of bread. They are MEATballs not BREADballs. I hate when restraunts go cheap :P
