15-Pound Brisket for Two People? Thanks for the tips! And glad your 'test' of your smoke alarm was a success! :) |

15-Pound Brisket for Two People? I didn't even think of thawing it and cooking different dishes with it all on the same day! For some reason, my brain was stuck on cooking it in one big chunk because that's the way it's frozen. Time to look up some recipes using brisket meat! Thanks! |

15-Pound Brisket for Two People? I need help! I have a 15-pound beef brisket frozen whole, and I need to suggestions what to do with it for two people! First, how do I cook a piece that large? Once it's cooked, I can probably break it into meal-sized portions and freeze. But I also need suggestions as to what to do with those too! Appreciate any help! |

Is there a name for this style of feeding oneself? I'm USA born & bred, and I've been doing this for years - and didn't know it was unusual until reading this thread! I like to make my 'perfect bites' as I call them. Which usually includes one piece of everything on my plate! |

What do you think are the best parts (tasting and texture) of a goose, a duck, and a chicken? I've eaten white meat chicken my whole life. It wasn't until recently that I was "forced" to eat dark meat (because my husband ate all the white meat!), and I can't believe what I was missing! It's so much more moist and flavorful. So my number one choice is the chicken oysters (LOVE!), and then chicken thighs. |

Foodzie.com and Other Online Gourmet Sites The DailyGourmet looks great - thanks for the tip Joe! My fav site is Fooducopia ( http://fooducopia.com ). I do order pretty regularly, and I like to try something different each time. That's sometimes hard to do though when you become addicted to a certain product! I love artisan products and the real ingredients they use. No processed garbage! Good luck with your product Emme - what do you produce? |
