Ooh this is tough, five is not enough! Christos in Minneapolis, Il Mulinero, The Grand Ticino and Sarge's Deli in NY, Joe's Crab House (?) in Miami,and a little hilltop restaurant on Mykonos and I wish I could add Rendezvous BBQ in Memphis
