Best meal I ever ate:
When I first signed in to Chowhound, I could easily have chosen a "best meal". But since then, my obsessive palate brought me to so many amazing places, "best" is just not in my vocabulary anymore...
My current drink of choice:
Coffee in the morning. Absinthe in the evening.

I always try to do new things when I have people over. But when I'm invited, my chocolate brownie is usually what I bring.
My favorite comfort food:
My mom's ossobuco or my step-mom's pasta neapolitan (which is really closer to a ragu alla bolognese, don't know why her recipe says "neapolitan"...)
