Roasted Tomato, Chickpea, and Swiss Chard Soup

this was delicious. i prefer a thicker stew-like soup so cut the water to 1 cup. it also gives the soup a stronger, more concentrated tomato taste. for a little zip, added a some red pepper when sauteing the onion and garlic. very delicious and healthy and filling

too true @FoodDabbler!! i guess the only solution to the problem is that if i choose to eat them in NYC, i must remember to walk as much as i did when i ate them in paris!!
