Seared Steak with Spicy Rice Noodles

Really great. We grilled the bok choy, which I think causes it to soak up the vinaigrette a little better. We also did 5-spice powder on the flank steak before grilling. It's good to have basic viniagrette in your back pocket, it could be tweaked a million different ways.
