Chem , I'm with you .< I don't think of myself as over tipping at 20%.> I'm not insecure . When I go out I plan on having a good time . I not just there to be some cheap ass , who sits there and grimaces over a couple bucks after ordering a meal, drinks , or whatever . If you don't want to include tipping then just stay home . You won't have to worry about the extra couple of bucks .

Ligura Bakery switched from olive to canola oil?

Wow . I love the Liguria bakery . I was just there a month ago . I will still continue to go to this landmark . It for whatever reason they switched to canola oil is still OK . $ 5.00 for a slab and wrapped in paper and tied with string is still very much worth it for me . Need I dare ask . I saw the Yelp review it dates back to 2013 .

Get some plants that bees love . The bees will do all the work for you . I have lots of pollinator plants in my garden . Cuphea ignea " Starfire Pink " is one the bees really love .

Correct on what I was trying to say . You have My followed discussions that have all your posts . If you want to find what you posted you have to scroll through the whole thread to find your name . PIA . Whereas when you click on posts on the same profile page it takes you right to what you said .Easy. My complaint is why does this only go back around nine days . What's the point of this ?

Chile wars heating up as Hatch farmers take on national distributor

Agree on the hype . I had some last year I bought a Whole Foods . I didn't find them really that different . Just another green Chile to me . Maybe it was a bad batch or they weren't really from Hatch .

Country Style Ribs Help (need to cook tomorrow or they will go bad)

I would` probably raise the temp up to 300 or more . Cook uncovered for around hour with a little liquid in the baking dish to put some color on them . Cover for a hour plus . Uncover at the end for a half hour to cook off any liquid remaining . You have to just judge the cooking of when their done . Poke them with a tooth pick . No need to baste so much . If your looking they are not cooking .

What a great story of a man who started selling his product on the streets of L.A . Coming from nothing and naming his company after the ship that transported him to the U.S. He's right . There is no need to trade mark the name . Doing 80 million a year in business is a dream . After thirty years how great is it to have your product called hype .

To say , " No thank you I don't drink wine ." Would never be considered as rude . On the other hand having a glass poured for you and not drinking it is a waste . Unless you pass it off to someone else . Why go through all the trouble . Just say," No thanks ."

large shrimp and grilling

The sticking of the shrimp is not to the grill. It is the shell sticking to the shrimp meat after I pull them off the grill after a couple minutes of cooking .

Barbecuing - Does ANYONE Think Of Food Safety When Grilling?

I wash the tongs after handling raw meat also my hands . Also any item that has touched raw meat . I'll use a different utensil if I am grilling . Or if I'm barbecuing I never move the meat until cooked after hours in the smoker or on the grill . Then I will remove with clean tongs .
