Your cake must have looked beautiful! When I was a young my mom would dust violets with sugar and put them on homemade vanilla ice cream. It was so creative--my sisters and I loved it. |

I just made these for the first time last week--they're delicious and super easy! I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but I rolled mine in unsweetened cocoa powder and it worked great. The truffles are already so sweet so the bitterness of the cocoa helped balance the flavor. Not to mention, they looked simple and beautiful. |

I'd like to buy malt powder to make bagels, but I've heard it's really expensive. Are there any other ways to use malt powder so that I can get my moneys worth? Any specific recipes that call for malt powder would be greatly appreciated! |

Try magic bars! They're a huge hit in my family around the holidays. Very easy to make and freeze/thaw well. |

If you could get your hands on pizza dough, sauce, and cheese, a homemade pizza is a super fun and easy dinner. My roommates and I bake a one every Sunday night. They're almost impossible to screw up, and you can put virtually anything on them, so get creative with what you have! |
