Best meal I ever ate:

Smoked Scottish salmon on toastpoints with horseradish, capers and onions, a J&B on the rocks, wedge with blue cheese, prime dry aged steak medium rare, potatoes au gratin, grilled asparagus, and a bottle of cabernet

My current drink of choice:

A good Scotch; current favorite: Johnnie Walker Black; good cabernets or shiraz with current favorite" Darioush Duel; Stags Leap Cask 23

I really wish I could:

Eat at a NYC steakhouse once a week

Smoked pork loin with sweet potatoes, wild rice and roasted brussel sprouts

My favorite comfort food:

Fried chicken, rice and gravy, fieldpeas, sliced tomatoes with Duke's mayo, silverqueen corn on the cob, blueberry muffin and sweet tea with lemon
