Menu help for retirement party

I'm planning my dad's retirement party (june 29th) and need a menu for an outdoor party with anywhere between 30-70 people, most of them foodies or gourmet types. Party starts at 5pm but we have another event elsewhere before so no prepping after noon. I'll probably be doing everything by myself (experienced cook) in the days before.

So I need suggestions for mostly make akead.

Access to a full kitchen and 1 maybe 2 BBQs.

Any and all suggestions are welcome.

My ideas so far :
- crostinis (smoked mackerel, mango and crab, smoked salmon)
- Burgers (maybe something with a special meat like bison... need a recipe for this)
- Shrimp skewers

Turning lobster broth into bisque

I have a lot of lobster broth that I have to thaw because of an unfortunate mason jar incident. I would like to make lobster bisque with it, anyone can help me out with that??

The stock was made by taking the water in which the lobsters (3) were boiled and putting the carcasses back in the water and simmering them for a few hours. There's no additional flavoring.

My only knowledge of bisque is that it tasted wonderful when I had it in myrtle beach, pink, smooth and creamy!

Healthy brunch in Montreal???

I'm looking for a restaurant where we can have sunday brunch and feel healthy afterwards, somewhere with lots of fruits and good ingredients?
