I will be traveling around the states and would like to explore some unusual foods. Things like alligator, snake, or anything else that people might think is strange or gross. Any suggestions of where to go, or what to try?

I'm going to be traveling around the world and North America and want to try new and exotic and "gross" foods like snake, shark, alligator, lizards etc. Does anyone know of some awesome places I can find things like this? some of the places I will be going include: Catalunya, Monte Carlo, Montreal, Valencia, Silverstone, Nurburgting, Budapest, New delhi, Sao Paulo, Darlington, Dover, Kansas, Pocono, Michigan, Sonoma, Daytona, Kentucky, Indianapolis, Chicago, Texas.
