Toss up. Either my mother's Hungarian Goulash, or my very own seafood pasta.

Own and run a resaurant. Beef, Ale, and maybe wild game. Kind of semi gourmet and casual.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Venison chili or cobb salad

Home made baked macaroni and cheese, or maybe sometimes a grilled cheeseburger, or maybe both!

un original, but "The Joy of Cooking" What can I say?!
