Best meal I ever ate:
It's a tie. Chicken massamun curry with cashews and avocados and brown jasmine rice, and a Ritz cracker crumb stuffed fish (crab and shrimp) topped with this lemony remoulade sauce. OMG.
My current drink of choice:
Maker's Mark on the rocks or with Diet Coke. I also enjoy Spaten Optimator, Fireman's 4, Old Speckled Hen, Strongbow, and a glass of Pinot Noir or Australian Shiraz.
I really wish I could:
not be so tired and cook more when I get home from work. Also make perfect rice noodles; I fail at this constantly.
My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
Lemon-rosemary roast chicken; baked ziti; or lemon tuna pasta salad.
My favorite comfort food:
Macaroni and cheese, fried okra, fried catfish, fried chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, chicken tikka masala.
