Best meal I ever ate:

Monkfish at the now retired "Grapevine" in Logan, Utah. Bill made it. It surpassed the monkfish I had in a famous tratorria in D.C and the Four Seasons in Vegas!

My current drink of choice:

Manhattan, love wines, gin martini, very cold and wet with 2-3 giant olives. Mmm.

Meet Ruth Reichl for coffee--anywhere.

My "Go-to" dinner party dish:

French brie wheel topped with roasted walnuts and thick maple topping baked in puff pastry. Easy, easy!

My favorite comfort food:

Meat Loaf, garlic mashed potatoes and harocot verte (traditional french sauteed in bacon).

My top 5 favorite restaurants:

I hate to publicly admit this however, I rarely eat out.
