Monkfish at the now retired "Grapevine" in Logan, Utah. Bill made it. It surpassed the monkfish I had in a famous tratorria in D.C and the Four Seasons in Vegas!

French brie wheel topped with roasted walnuts and thick maple topping baked in puff pastry. Easy, easy!

Meat Loaf, garlic mashed potatoes and harocot verte (traditional french sauteed in bacon).
