Best meal I ever ate:
a four hour marathon at gian pepe on the hill in st louis (menus were not handed out - the chef and his mom decided what we would eat).
My current drink of choice:
beer. preferably something local, crafty, and interesting.

usually desert and usually something chocolate

bbq - carolina pulled pork and texas brisket

local (detroit): roma cafe, town tavern, alibi (pizza), assaggi , diamond jim brady's, atlas bistro
